Sodium consumption retains water, Cheskin says. Our body has water weight too because water has volume and weight.

If you are consuming too much fast food in a row there could be abrupt fluctuations in your weight.
Lack of sleep eventually leads to weight gain. Changings in sleep cycle will affect the mood and eating patterns, which may lead to overeating.
